Client must Reschedule a different date within 4 hours of supposed Appt. If time exceeds 4 hours your deposit will be forfeited or Client doesn't show at all. NO REFUNDS will be issued unless Travel will be impacted by weather also with notice. If Client will reschedule then the new date and time must be with 72 hours.
If there is a Earlier AM Meet and Client would like an Evening Appt. Collector will further inform Client if needed.
